But, really, this is good news. Real good news.
Here’s why: A money-saving guru friend of mine {who doesn’t blog anymore but still has cool posts about saving $$$} told me about this site called Amazon Mom, which is a program of Amazon.com. It’s free and worth the two minutes it takes to sign up. Promise.
Now assuming you’ve got that out of the way, here’s how it works:
1. Go to babycheapskate.com to find out the best diaper deals of the week on Amazon Mom. At the top of the homepage, click on “Top Diaper and Formula Deals of the Week.” From there, she’ll tell you what the best bang for your buck will be. The more flexible you are about brand, the better the deal you’ll be able to find.
{Babycheapskate didn’t have any top deals on size 4 diapers this week, so I just clicked over to Amazon Mom and started searching.}
2. After you’ve found the best deal for you, you’ll see where automatically you’re saving 15% just from using Amazon Mom. BUT, you can save an additional 30% by also signing up for Subscribe and Save {which is located on the right of your screen---just click “subscribe now.”} At first, it kinda freaked me out that I was subscribing to a monthly shipment of diapers, but you can cancel your subscription with no problem after the diapers have shipped. It’ll be worth the extra 30% you’re saving!
3. On top of the 45% you’re saving, Amazon Mom also accepts coupons. Babycheapskate will tell you which magazines have the coupons---and the magazines are free! If you live in my neck of the woods, a little bird told me that Storkland has American Baby, which this month has a 20% off coupon.
I never made it out to get the coupon, but I still think paying $17.00 for a 180-count box of ultra leakguard Luvs is a deal! My friend was able to score a 200-count box of size 3 Luvs for $10.00 using coupons!
And did I mention shipping is free? Two day shipping…for free!
I apologize for my obnoxious use of exclamation points in this post (!!!), but this is something to get excited about.

yup i love amazon mom. This months babytalk (i think) had a 10 dollar coupon off any purchase in the baby section (dipes would certainly qualify!) with no minimal purchase!

Have you heard of Alice? They ship for free. They ship things for your household, including diapers (or womens items!) They have weekly coupons but I haven't figured out yet how to use P&G saver coupons but I believe you're supposed to be able to!
