Fonts for Your Blog

This may be old news to you, but I recently discovered a website called Kevin and Amanda, and I’m hooked.   

If you’ve got a little extra time on your hands, and you’d like to give your blog a facelift, Kevin and Amanda have cool fonts you can download FOR FREE.  Here’s a quick step-by-step tutorial, in case you’re interested:

1. Go to www.kevinandamanda.com

2. Click on “free fonts!”

3. Click “Fonts for Peas.”

4. Scroll through the gazillion pages of fonts and choose one {or eleven or twelve} that you’d like to down.load.  Click on one.

5. Now download the font.

6. Open the file.

7. Now click on “extract all files.”  Follow the wizard all the way until it says you’re finished.

8.  Pull up your fonts folder where it’s next to your new font.  Drag your new font into your fonts folder.  This sounds a lot more difficult than it really is, but I promise it’s not hard. 

9. Wah lah!  Once you get the hang, you’ll have all kinds of new fonts to play with.
